 Minerva Appraisal is not

An auction house or estate sales company seeking to buy your property or profit from it.

However, if selling is your goal, we can assess your situation and discuss all options, including estate sales, consignments, direct-to-dealer sales, and national and local auction solutions. Because we are 100% independent, we are 100% neutral and will recommend only courses of action which we believe will maximize the value of your assets.

Minerva Appraisal serves

Nashville, Belle Meade, Berry Hill, Brentwood, Franklin, Leipers Fork, Murfreesboro, Green Hills, Oak Hill, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Smyrna, Nolansville, La Vergne and the rest of Tennessee.  We also will travel out of state as required for larger assignments.

Minerva Appraisal appraises…

Antiques, collectibles, fine art, silver, silver plate, decorative accessories, furniture, glassware, china, ceramics, paintings, lithographs, drawings, sculpture, figurines, general household goods, rugs, baskets, Asian, American, English, and Continental European items. Minerva Appraisals does not appraise real estate or offer business valuation services.

Who was our namesake?

Minerva was the goddess of wisdom and sponsor of arts, trade, and strategy. Thought by the Romans to be equated with the Greek goddess Athena, she is often depicted with her sacred creature, an owl. She is also associated with the moon goddess Meneswa, or “she who measures.”

Why Hire A Professional Appraiser?

Professional appraisers insure that the job will get done right.  They have the right training, expertise and experience to guide you through all of your appraisal needs. Make sure your appraiser has taken the most recent USPAP course and belongs to a professional organization like the International Society of Appraisers, which ensures minimum training.
